Since 1955, Brady Systems has prided itself on providing the absolute finest service in the weighing industry. Our customers continue working with us for many reasons, but one we hear from every customer is “Brady System's service has saved us time and money over and over again”. “Our problem becomes the technician’s problem, and remains like that until we are fully restored, and the problem completely fixed to our satisfaction”.

Our 20 technicians are all factory trained professionals, and average over 15 years of service with in the industry.

Brady Systems uses only authorized factory parts, assuring our customers continued Mettler-Toledo quality and function. Our original equipment policy includes not only parts for Mettler-Toledo equipment, but parts for all other manufacturer’s equipment that we supply and/or provide service for. While we specialize in Mettler-Toledo products, our service technicians are also trained and experienced in servicing almost any weighing equipment currently in use. We can provide service for all your weighing equipment. 

In addition to our personnel, the heart of our service department, we continue to invest in the latest equipment available to allow our talented professionals the ability to do their jobs as easily and thoroughly as possible.   One example is our heavy duty vehicle scale test truck, designed and built for us by Tiffin Loader Crane Company of Tiffin, Ohio. This test truck carries 25,000 pounds of live weight, plus a 5,000 pound self powered weight cart that can carry 20,000 pounds, and allows a complete “weights and measures” check to be done in 45 minutes, keeping our customers “out of service” time to an absolute minimum.
